These terms govern your use of the buildsbyphil website and any website build or care services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer a complete website package: a custom website build for a one-time fee of €750, plus an ongoing care plan at €49 per month covering hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring, maintenance updates, and content edits. The first month of care is included free with every build.
Concept previews shown on this site are illustrative imagery demonstrating the kinds of websites we can build — they are not completed client projects.
Submitting the proposal form is an enquiry, not a purchase. Work begins only after we agree the scope with you in writing and the build fee is paid. Care plan fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month.
On full payment of the build fee, you own 100% of your website's code and content. You are never locked into a platform — if you ever leave, your site goes with you.
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
The care plan covers routine content edits (text and images), technical maintenance, and support. Larger changes — new pages, new features, redesigns — are quoted separately before any work is done. There are never hidden fees.
You are responsible for providing accurate content and for ensuring you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you supply. You confirm that your website's content complies with applicable law.
We take reasonable care to keep your website fast, secure, and online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
